A community acappella choir based in St Werburghs, Bristol
As a community choir we're open to everyone. No experience is necessary, there are no auditions and you don't need to read music. All you need is a love of singing and a desire to learn new songs. The choir is run by its members, with an elected committee who carry out the administrative functions. We employ a musical director, Sian Penlington, who leads us with huge skill, bags of energy and great humour. We have a lot of fun each week learning some gorgeous blended harmonies, singing a range of songs from across the world's cultures and musical genres.
If you're interested in joining the choir you can come for a free taster session at the start of each term. See When and Where for dates and get in touch via the Contact us page.
Currently, we would particularly welcome new members in the tenor & soprano sections.
